I hold a PhD in Management, specializing in Operations and Technology Management, from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
Additionally, I have earned a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Boston University. I also hold two Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
My doctoral dissertation investigates the complexities of managing employees in service operations, emphasizing the development of effective feedback mechanisms, operational improvements, and the emerging dynamics of interactions between humans and artificial intelligence in business operation.
